Screen pin code

Hello,

I reinserted my sim card and the phone asks for a screen pin code. I don't know what is the code and it seems I can't bypass it. Any ideas ? Anyone ?

is it a PIN code or PUK code or was this phone locked to another carrier (different from your SIM card)? 

what if you restart your phone and check again?

Do you get the same prompt when you boot on safe mode?

If nothing works, I think its an antivirus app acting up or perhaps you encrypted the phone, you could repair your phone with PCC

It is not a sim code or puk code. It's just a code that prevents me from seeing the menu. The phone has signal, people can call me, but I can't do nothing, because I can't get to the menu.

I booted my phone in safe mode...nothing. It still asks me for that pin code.
