I use a D6653 running Android 5.0.2
My lock screen security setting was that I was using a pattern for it. Now I want to change it to 'Swipe' but I am unable to do so because it shows the following message
'Disabled by administrator, encryption policy or credential storage'
I have deactivated all the device administrator and also my phone is not encrypted
What do I do now????

Try settings-security-clear credentials.
