Sony Xperia Z1 Compact battery life

I have droped my phone several times already, and I wonder wether the battery performance could have droped.

This is what I would do 

Backup my phone > repair my phone with PCC to narrow down any possible issue.

Sorry for this late reply.
I have done this reprair and the battery was the was the same I think...I dont have to charge it during the day if I dont use it always.
Btw Is it normal that ~30 min youtube can drain ~10%?

@riousagi0 yeah, if you have multiple apps running in the backgroud, syncing services etc
