Connect your phone to a wall charger > let it charge for 1 hour or so > then on your computer run PCC > support zone > repair > select the phone > follow all the steps > turn off the phone > connect the phone whenever you are promt to
If the phone doesn't turn off then
connect the phone whenever you are promt to > press and hold power & volume up until the phone restart > reslease the buttons > press and hold volume down > this might take few attempts
What does your phone says? Does it normaly boot when try to turn on?

I'm sorry to hear this. 
Uliwooly provided some good suggestions, try those and let us know how it works out for you.
Fortunately, after a few hours of tinkering, I got the phone connected to PCC and and was able to repair the phone, so thanks for the help
