Hope my e-mail will get respond from your side as i trust that you helped in many cases like this before.
The issue is that i bought my SONY XPERIA Z2 a week ago brand new & it's working very good till today, what happened is that i made a video of 10 seconds with the phone under the water of River Nile ( Egypt ),the depth was about 15cm only & after while of finishing the video i found some water evaporates over the lens of the camera & then it started to be more & more till it became as you can see in the pictures i've attached for you.

You could open all the lids and let the device dry up in a warm place. Maybe even use it so it gets warm so the water will vaporize.

Hi, is everything else working fine with your phone, touchscreen, calls etc :smileysmileywink: As alexdon says you can leave the flaps open, there are many tips on how to 'dry' out the lens......from playing a few games to shooting some 4k videos to allow the phone to heat up (flaps left open)......if you type in the SEARCH bar you will find many posts regarding these & other tips :smileysmileywink:

Hi Mustiasw,

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

You may want to contact Sony Mobile Customer Care also, as you can get a vacuum test performed on the device.

You would be best to have the device checked by a service agent, as there may be some form of defect that allowed this to happen.

I bought the phone with no warranty... It's international version,do I still get help from the service agent?

If it was bought outside of your country then unfortunately international warrant is not valid - It would need to be returned to the place of purchase or to the reseller

I also happened to me this situation, in which the camera is fogged after taking several pictures underwater, but after a few hours returns to be normal and does not affect my performance. From what I've learned is a very common condition, and apparently is because as we know. to use the camera it gets hot, sometimes very hot, and the water is colder ... therefore, it is normal fogging by condensation?
