Ever since the 5.1 update, which I got a few days ago, I've experienced a pretty weird bug. SOMETIMES, upon exiting after sending messages with the default Sony Messaging App, I will get a very quick glimpse (<0.5s) og a message imforming me about the Xperia Transfer Mobile.
Steps for me to reproduce when it occurs:
1) Open up a conversation and send a message
2) Quickly after, tap the back button to get back to the home screen
3) Between the specific conversation window and the list view of all conversations, this image appears for a brief second
4) This happens about 75% of the time, never seen it before the 5.1 update and neither restarting, forcing closes or actually installing the Xperia Transfer Mobile App helps.
I have tried quickly tapping "No Thanks" as it appears, but it doesn't seem to register.
I appreciate the support, thanks!

So, I repaired it and all, but before I got to test if it solved it, I scrolled to the bottom of my conversations accidentally. At the very bottom, I saw the message that popped up when I tried to go back, basically just displaying there - pretty random actually. Try scrolling all the way down to the bottom of your conversations and see if it's there.
Several things you can try - Settings apps and swipe to all then locate and open Messaging and tap on Clear cache and data then reboot and test or Settings then tap the 3 dots then reset app preferences then reboot and test take note that that will also reset ringtones back to default and as a last resort see below
Performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data so best to backup before you begin
Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process
If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
Neither of the first two uptions worked (clearing cache og resetting app preferences) but im currently trying to system repair it. Thanks
