where is gone playmemories online?

On my Z2 there was playmemories online on top of the album application. I cannot find it anymore on the Z3. I've installed the app from play store but is standalone and is not integrated anymore in the album app. Why this change? It was very useful to have the option to browse the local photo and on playmemories from the same place. It's there a way to integrate it again?

Hi, 

Try the following: Open the album app > menu button (the 3 dots in the upper right corner) > settings > connect to PlayMemories.

I've tried your suggestion but there is not the option you mention.

Maybe had been removed from the album version of the Z3? And if yes why?

The problem was the the Playmemories site was under maintenance so the option was not present on the phone. Now it is working again.

Im having the same problem. Playmemories was down when i got the phone and do not have it. Its back now but i still dont.

Im from Philippines and my phone is Z1. I can't find Playmemories online in my mobile. I tried looking it in play store via mobile but can't find it so I look through the browser and found it, but when i try insalling it there were no eligible devices found. It says this item cannot be installed in your device's country. Is Playmomeries online is not available in the philippines?

I have the same problem.

I had the App till i did a factory reset. After that it's not in the top of the album options as usual and also i can't install it.

please help.
