I bought a Xperia Z ( C6602 ) smartphone in November 2013 in California ( USA ) , but I'm using it in Brazil , which worked fine until recently , I believe that the problems begun after updating to Android 4.3 , or was it just coincidence, but the fact is that when trying to open the native aplication CAMERA the phone was paralyzed and back to work after a few seconds , but the device never more worked CAMERA in any application , when I try to open it gets to the black screen for a few seconds and the error message appears " the camera is not available " , I tried to perform the Factory Reset , more than once , removing the SD card and SIM card , but the camera still not works , even with other applications , at run the Diagnostics application of the phone , it can work the front camera , but rotating the rear camera stays with black screen and sometimes even it brake the Diagnostics , but the camera app I can not even use the front camera because when I open the regular camera app , or another app, it crashes before giving the option to use the front camera , I also realized that the flash is not normal because when I try to turn on the flash with some application flashlight it lights up , but after about 3 seconds turns off the light , but the light to the application should still be on and the flashlight application crash . Please let me know if I can suport for the Xperia Z in Brazil , because I just will return to USA in May 2014 and will go to Florida and not to California.
