Xperia Z won't start

I tried to update my Sony xperia z C6603 to lolipop through flashtool but it stuck on flashing data.After 2 hours I removed my phone and turned it on but it won't turn on now it say Update failed.Now I downloaded kitkat frimware from xperiafirm and tried to install it again stuck on Checking header.

I updated my phone to lollipop so if you want help email to me your problem and I take a video for you which flash lollipop without problem

One apk file after several time reboot(soft break) is broken I have screen shout of it please help
