Xperia Z2 don't turn on, Sony logo loops and reboot and PPC gave me error 2003

Hi, I have a problem with my Xperia Z2. I've tried to install Lollipop with Flashtool and after installation, the phone keeps in the logo and reboot.
When I tried to fix with Sony PC Companion, after download the software, an error appears "sony update engine failure (error 2003)" (The device has software modified  and can not be updated)

The bootloader is unlocked and installed CWM, but I can not access into CWM.

What can I do?

You won't be able to use PCC nor Bridge until you relock the bootloader. you can trash to flash it again.
