Xperia Z5 Ultra Stamina Bug

I used u stamia. When i try to deactivate the ustamia, the phone rebooted and lots of apps disappeared and google play service and theme services are not running normally. I did some research and saw many older devices have the same problem when they activate the u stamia mode. So, is there only one way yo solve this? Use PCC to flash the system?
