z3 compact won't update

Hello everybody, I have a problem with my z3 compact. It has the version 23.0.A.2.93. The problem is that it won't detect the 23.0.A.5.77 update. Can someone help me with this?

Actually I don't want to void my warranty. So I need to find a way to get rid of the "my wind" app

Getting rid of that app won't change anything as your phone is still network branded, the only way to get updates faster is to flash a different firmware, what you could do is create a backup of your current firmware > flash the global generic firmware and then if something goes wrong flash back to Wind's firmware

You have 2 options

1. Wait for your carrier/network to approve and release your phone 

or 

2. Manually update your phone 

Those are the only 2 options, as far as warranty, this varies per country/region and/or carrier, it will be wise to contact them and ask if you flash a different firmware if that will void your warranty, it will be smart to get their answer on writing (email at least)
