z3 compact won't update

Hello everybody, I have a problem with my z3 compact. It has the version 23.0.A.2.93. The problem is that it won't detect the 23.0.A.5.77 update. Can someone help me with this?

Basically my friend has the same phone and he has the update so I don't know what's the problem

Even if you have the same phone, perhaps your friend bought the phone at a different country and/or your phone its or was locked to a specific carrier/network branded, if it is/was, then you have to wait until that specific network approved and release the update, not Sony.

It has an app named "my wind". Is this what you mean specific branded?

Exactly, you will have to wait for Wind to approve and release the update not Sony
