Z3+ Dual turns off when idle

Hi everyone! I have a problem with my Z3+ Dual when it's in idle it's turns off and doesn't react on the power button. After that I can turn on my device only with using the high reset button or with pushing the power button + volume button both in the same time. It happens 3-4 times a day.

The 4th day without the problem - looks like I've found the way to resolve my issue.

I just uninstalled AntiVirus Security by AVG Mobile (was preinstalled) and my troubles with turning off disappeared.

Thanks all!

Thanks for your responsiveness! But that procedure didn't resolve my problem.

Can I read any the system logs to understand what's going on?

Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear the software repair didn't work,  you might want to contact your local Sony Xperia Care team.

To save logs from PC Companion:

  1. Right click on PPC in the notification area of the task bar (if the notification area is full it can be found when you click on Show hidden icons-arrow)
  2. Choose About Sony PC Companion.
  3. Click on the link in Click here if you want to dump logs to Desktop.
  4. Go to desktop and find the PCC logs in the zip-file.

Note! PCC logs are saved on the user’s computer for 5 days so, meaning normally there’s no need to reproduce the issue to retrieve the logs.
