Z5 Compact sound widget/home screen

I've had my Z5C 2 days now, previously had the Xperia SP. The system icon tray doesn't have a sound option which is something i use on a daily basis. Is this something that has been taken off? It's a bit of a nightmare having to unlock the phone and press the volume button to turn it on vibrate or do not disturb when i used to be able to do this from my lock screen.

Also i can't select a primary home screen

That's something that Google changed with Lollipop

but there are ways around it, on the lockscreen press the volume key > tap tap on the bell > tap on the icon on the right side

Thanks, guess i just have to hope that the Marshmallow update will have it.
