ZL 4.4.4 lock screen login

Hey there!
I am having problems with lock screen.

I use pattern mode. In case of forgotten pattern, it will request you to login with your Google account.

But I can't do that, it says that my password or account is wrong and I tried changing the password to make it work... No results.

Help me? Thanks in advance!

If you have changed the password and are unable to get past the lock then you are going to need to run a firmware repair to remove the lock:

1. Download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
3. Phone Software Update.
4. Start.
5. Repair Phone
6. Continue
7. Accept data removal
8. Next
9. Wait for prepare
10. Select Phone
11. Follow the connection steps

Hm.. I understand. But can't I use the login with Google method to get past the lockscreen? Because I can't login.

As you have changed the password the regular login function will not work anymore sorry so the repair is the only way to remove this.
