ACTIEVOORWAARDEN doesn't work

Beste,
I bought a smartphone "Sony Xperia 1" the 3/06/2019 and I sent the documents and filled forms with the IMEI etc...regarding my receipt.
I never received the ACTIEVOORWAARDEN Xperia 1 actie met Sony WH-1000XM3 headphone t.w.v. €380,- cadeau
that you promised to send to my address.
So I would like to know if there's a possibility to get this headphones as their contact information doesn't work, impossible to get these people behind.

You would have to contact the ones who offered it, not Sony, even though they may be the promoter, they will not be responsible for it.

In the UK, it was kondor who were responsible for the headphones offer.

You would have read in the small print that the promoter was not the one responsible for the whole thing.

The only time Sony would be responsible is if the headphones were broken, or needed warranty action.

And there will be contact information, you just need to look for it, and/or their name, and try to maybe find a head office or other main contact.

Also, when you filled in the forms online, did you get an email invoice, with an order/delivery number, because if you didn't, then you won't be getting them.

Who was the offer organised by?

I certainly wouldn't have waited nearly 6 months for the headphones.

Most of us got them within a month or so, at latest.

Hi @luisavassalo, sorry to hear that you have not received your headset.

As @RottenFoxBreath mentioned, this is very tricky for anyone here at our Global forum to assist you with as it seems to be a local campaign and we don't know if it was run by Sony or if a specific operator/retailer had the offer.

Have you tried contacting the Support team that is responsible for your market? They should be well aware of any active campaigns. Even if they aren't handled directly by Sony, they will know who you should contact for further information.
