Wie kann man das ändern, das bei Telefonnummer (SIM-Steckplatz 1) nicht mehr Unbekannt steht sondern die tatsächliche Nummer???

Regarding the phone number, as far as I know, this information is grabbed from the SIM card and since it's displayed for your second SIM, ask your operator to replace your SIM card in slot 1 and see if the number is displayed after doing this.
