STR-DN1080 no picture connecting to inFocus x10 projector

Just received my new STR-DN1080, which will replace a Denon AVR2309 in my home-cinema setup. Projector in the setup is a inFocus x10 - connected to the receiver via HDMI cable.

Done moving all speaker cables and HDMI input/output cables from old to new receiver - there is no picture on the projector! No Home/setup screen, no image from the devices connected to input (AppleTV, Blu-ray player etc.). Moving cables back to old setup, picture is again fine.

Tried both HDMI output A and B on the DN1080, no difference.

Any help appreciated.

Issue now resolved!

Thanks to HDFURY and the DR HDMI 4K device (https://www.hdfury.eu/shop/drhdmi4k) I now have a perfect 1080p image from the STR-DN1080 receiver to my inFocus X10 projector.

Too bad that SONY does not adhere to standards, leaving us customers with such issues (which resulted in an extra 100 euro for me)

Have you tried switching the cables around Or power-resetting the receiver (disconnect everything + unplugging from power for 2-3 mins)?

Yes, all cables has been switched around, with no effect.

Receiver has been power-reset, factory-reset and firmware upgraded to latest - all with no effect.

So I have three setups that work, and one that do not:
new DN1080 <—> TV = OK
old AVR2309 <—> TV = OK
old AVR2309 <—> projector = OK
new DN1080 <—>  projector = not OK
