Just how can I solve this issues with BD-100 UHD Disks freezing?! contacted SONY with absolutely no resolution with them stating they do not have any information on the database on it...really! when it's plastered all over the internet as a common fault!
This is clearly some firmware/hardware issue during the layer transition on Triple Layer Disks, I called the repair centre on SONYs recommendation explained the situation to which they replied "I doubt we can resolve that" but they are more than happy to take a look and I'd have to pay to get it shipped back to me also!
£200+ player that is a bag of ...... thanks for the 'lack' of support SONY. Wish I'd gone with my gut and got a Panasonic now.
