Hi all.
iv got a 43xe7073, had it for about 4 month and suddenly it won't connect to the internet or tune any channels in.
iv done what I figure is the obvious stuff, check internet is working, aerial is fine. Reset to factory setting, sorf reset.
The tv chose to reset to factory on its own while I was watching it and has not worked since

I found this article on the support page, have you tried that yet? There are some other articles about internet issues here.
If none of this is working, I would advise you to send a mail to Support for advise via this form.
