I CAN'T UPDATE NORTON... I DON'T HAVE THE SUBSCRUPTION KEY...

I had the norton with my vaio but, I can't update because I don't know the subscription key.. I tried with the serial number of my vaio but it doesn't work... is there anyone else to help me??? how can I get the subscription key of norton???

If you mean the software Norton installed at your computer from Manufacture. He is just avaliable 3 or 4 months. After that, you must BUY the software.

If is not, you must contact the support by email at home-page from norton because somebody will take care about your problem.

The people there is very cool. I got the same problem a fell days ago and after some emails, the support give me a link and i fixed the problem.

Can be stupid, but,,,

Take a look at Date and Time at your computer, both MUST be right, or the update just don´t work.

If is wrong, change and give a new boot and try update. and...

The Norton subscription key should have been in a flyer in the box your VAIO was supplied in.
If you are still within the 3 month trial period contact Vaio-link otherwise look at other security solutions. There are plenty of alternatives that are equal or better and less resource hungry.
