My sony laptop stopped working, the screen went black after the vaio loading sign showed up, i've had this laptop since October 2012 and this is the first problem i had with it,
i refreshed the computer(through the assist way) and now i have barely any apps and my photos/videos and documents won't work at all, the photos app is now non exisistant and so is the camera, all apps to do with photos, also i can't get onto the store app either.
whenever i go on the desktop and click the folders button, then click 'pictures' is comes up with this message ''Pictures.library-ms' is no longer working. the library can be safely deleted from your computer. Folders that have been included will not be affected" it also does that for 'documents' 'music' and 'videos'
without being able to put pictures on my laptop, my laptop is pretty much usless.
what can i do to fix this?
