Is SonicStage 3.2 worth getting?

I am currently using 3.1 and its fine but what other improvements are in this new 3.2 version and is it in english and fully compataible with the VAIO pocket and its Updated FirmWare?

The only difference is the addition of 320kbps Atrac3+, and psp compatibility, as Kee-Lo says, backup first, transfer all your tracks back to the PC and initialise your VP once the installation has been successful!

Just to throw a spanner in the works, I updated to 3.2 from 3.1 without having to initialise. Loving the ability to now be able to play MP3's directly from the player on the PC.

Quite simply reset your player, but as the above post seems to say you dont have too, a backup is still a good idea though.
