Quick select icons after updating to Nougat

Hi

I recently updated my Xperia X from Marshmallow to Nougat, i observed that icons of quick select - those on the bottom at main screen (which doesnt move while moving screens - pages of desktop) aren't so spread than they used to be. I mean i had only 4 icons (which was similar to 4 columns of icons at main screens, and they were making straight columns of icons. Now quick select icons are tighter - close to each other, and look a little bit odd, i had to attach 5th icon in order to look pretty, but still... It was done for purpose or what?

I can't but i solve the problem just a minute ago. After i updated to Nougat i suffers battery drain, i have the same problem like XZ, XP users (topics at forum) and i just read to clear cache of internal memory holding power off button and volume up for 3 seconds. I did it for the battery drain, but it solved problem with quick select icons now they are 4 in straight columns. I will see if it worked for the battery.

@Nuttie

keep in mind that since this is a major update, it will be wise to reinstall the update.

yes, some of the users might report that software repair using Xperia Companion did not workout for them, but it might work for  you though.
