USB not recognised

When the mobile phone is being connected messages came that 'USB cannot be recognised'? What to do?

what are the specs of your computer? do you have the latest JAVA?

Processor i7, windows 7, yea Java. Same priblem on ny laptop win 10.

Not a computer problem. Mobile phone problem!?
