Xperia X Performance won't start

When my Twitter app on my phone crashed I decided to restart it. When I powered it up and put in my password to start up the thing, and the Xperia logo appeared, it froze and then crashed. It then restarted, and the same thing happened over and over again and it still won't work. I tried removing my SD and sim card, as people had suggested, but nothing was different. I also tried holding the volume and power button for a while but it didn't work. What to do?

Hi @Keist,

Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear about that Slightly_frowning_Face with what you have already tried I would suggest trying a software repair using Xperia Companion.

If you are still having issues after the software repair you would need to contact your Local support to arrange an assessment and repair.

Good luck Slightly_smiling_Face

I've seen that before when users have dropped their phone, you will have to contact either the store or your Local support

So manufacturer defect. I would think it should be covered under warranty as such failure is indicative of poor quality or design.
