Has this error message been showing up for a long time or has it just begun to happen? Also, does the error message appear during a specific kind of use or does it appear randomly?
One thing that you can try is to reboot your phone in safe mode to see if the error message appears there as well. All apps downloaded from Play Store is temporarily deactivated while in safe mode, that way you can see if this error message is caused by a downloaded app or not.
