XZ Premium SD Card not supported error

Hello Everyone,

Hoping anyone could help me, i am having this "Unsupported SD card" error and i tried few tips on the forum, tried formatting the SD card to NTFS, FAT and exFAT but neither of those type worked, even reseting to factory setting and software repair in PC companion. Got any ideas that i might try to resolve this issue? 

Btw, i just had my device repaired (motherboard replacement)

Format sdcard from the phone settings not pc.. try it  and see..

I already tried that several times as well, after i format the sd card thru my phone, it says "SD card is ready to use" but didn't work, and the "Unsupported SD Card" error message is still there.

Can you mention the SD card name, model and type?. Is the SD card working in pc and in any other phone to check SD card damaged or not. Try copying data into SD card in pc and test. May be there will be an issue with the SD card or it's unsupported class type. Is the SD card working before with the xzp?

I am using Transcend 4 16GB, it is working fine on the PC and my other xperia device. It is the same SD card i used before my XZP went dead, but after the repair, then this issue occured.

Can u try any other SD card to see if there is slot damage with the phone. Did u make the motherboard replacement from Sony service centre? A doubt is there if they have used a faulty motherboard or slot got damaged during repair process. 

If it says same error even with a different SD card, then guess u gotta visit service centre once more.

Yep, i tried other SD Card and it's really not working, i'll do what you are suggesting, will consult this again to service centre, thanks for sharing you insights @mahesh911
