At last i found proper solution myself ........! 

My question's are genuine but you people didn't trust me .. So i take it as a challenge At last i achieved it...!!!!!

And here is the solution....

First open google from any pc ...Go to my experia do the login........ And simply erase the phone Now you successfully recovered the passlock problem...

Yes that's an option, the other option is PCC, either or it will delete everything on your phone
