Ok Google "show me my last messages" problem

good day.

i have problem with sms reading in my xperia z3. when i ask google to read my messages 'show me my lst messages' it doesn't show anything. even i cannot hear what is the problem.

i reseted my phone to factory, no results.

my phone is xperia z3 D6603

firmware 5.1.1 

build 23.4.A.1.264

google version 5.7.14.19.arm

maybe some one knows what and where is my problem.

Boot on safe mode and report back

well, in safe mode this command works. after reboot to normal mode this command strated to work.

i will check it for few days and report back.

Sometimes that happen, and a reboot its all that's needed, and if a third party app its acting up, safe mode will prove it. Keep us updated

Well, after few days this command stoppped work again. Safe mode does not help.

i reseted to factory settings my phone.. again.

at this moment google works fine.

but i did not install few applications: facebook, VK, facebook messenger, google keyboard.

i think one of this apps locks access to SMS messages.
