My phone was formatted by support in spite of strict instructions not to do so. I only discovered after that the photos on my phone were not backed up on any cloud service due to Sony's own recovery system. ...So something went very wrong 2 times.
Is there any way of recovering my photos? I have used recovery software successfully on NTSF and memory cards in the past but I haven't been able to find anything that could do the trick with this phone internal memory. It is a Sony Z5 compact E5823 with Android 6.0.1
If you help me out I will give a reward.
