I have been everywhere to find out why my payg Vodafone sim won't work in my Xperia z3 nor in my Xperia zx. It works well in Samsung and Nokia. Should I have had a system update for both?

Then go to: Phone information

Scroll down to where the boxes start...

There should be a box that has

TURN???RADIO

Does it say Turn On or Turn Off?
