At the service center they may perform a vacuum test to identify if it's a manufacturing problem or not.
If it's a manufacturing fault, this will be covered by warranty, or as the distributor's policy on it. Some will replace or refund the unit, others will fix it. All depends on the local market rules, so contact Local support and see how it will go.
If your device was been water damaged because of a manufacturing defect then it will most likely be replaced for free.
If the seals weren't closed properly you will need to pay for a whole new device.
