Xperia z2 problems

Hi.last week my phone was sent for repair, unit has 7 issues,i thried to clean the phone with wett towel and phone got water inside the display wher back button is,so is 100% faulty unit and no waterproof.,blue curcle screen discoloration, phone gets to hot and back glass came out in uper corner,when is chargimg screen turns on everytime when i turn it off and all apps are crashing, 8 hours for 80% battery and bever 100% and magnetic port stoped working.i received letter from customer support and it state that unit was inspected by experts and everything is functional BUT IS NOT,so i want to no why is this happening, why my phone is not repaired.what i need to do,solution pls

Hi Berserker1,

Welcome to the community,

Sending the device through a Network carrier, will generally hold the same results as going through Sony Mobile directly, as it is likely the network carrier will send the device to an authorised/Sony Mobile repair agent

I'm sorry to hear that but this is a user based forum, you will have to contact them again and request a vacuum test and for them to inspect the phone, again.

Anytime, but it'll be hard to find someone with the same issue as each problem its different.

You are correct, i dont no is software or hardware issue when screen is turning on imidietly when i lock the phone every time.and i cant change it with different adapter, sorry for my bad English Slightly_smiling_Face

I try pcc,nothing fixed :(, what is the difference between sending unit for repair to mobile provider and direct to sony,i saw some option here online?

if you bought the phone through a carrier/network, you should contact them first.
