Z1 compact problem

Can anyone help? I've just got a new z1 compact and have had to force shutdown it loads of times as the screen goes black and won't come back on when pressing side button.Am trying safe mode now to see if that helps.Has anyone else had this problem?

Battery savers,antivirus?

Avg pro downloaded but no battery saving apps.Do use Stamina mode though.

Stamina won't do that,it is the inbuilt app and works fine.

Have had the phone in safe mode now for a few hours and it had been ok so will try shutdown again then restart in normal mode to see what happens!

The safe mode was okay so restarted phone normally but still crashed shortly after! However I have now removed the 128 gb sd card that I had purchased and so far have had no problems.

It might have been too much for your device (Z1 in general supports up to 64GB).
