Watching Chernobyl last night in Dolby Atmos.
Paused briefly and when I pressed play again I had no sound whatsoever through my HT-ZF9 Soundbar.

Hi @Blumine1818 Is there any reason why you can not connect the Sky Q box to the HT-ZF9 (I have this and no problems with Dolby Atmos). One advantage is the Display button on the HT-ZF9 remote displays the audio information on the TV screen.
Hi @Blumine1818 How is it connected? Best setup is Sky Q -> HT-ZF9 -> TV (ARC). Obviously both HDMI leads need to be high speed. The shorter the better. Please note, always include the full model number of your TV (it starts with KD).
Thank you very much indeed for your prompt reply.
I have Sky Q connected directly to the HDMI on the Sony KD-55XF9005.
It is not connected directly to the HT-ZF9.

Thanks again.
There is no reason why I can't. I actually had it wired up this way to begin with but I'm getting sound drop issues which are common with Sky Q so tried an alternative method.
I shall return the connection to its original state!
