How do I get rid of these security alerts which constantly come up on my screen and block out parts of my screen?

What program is generating them?

What Vaio model do you have?

Its a cyberdefender internet security notice, alert. Its asking me to either block or allow a certain programme.

What do you know about Cyberdefender?  Is this a program you have installed yourself?

Do you know anything about it or has it infected your computer without your knowledge?

There are several 'scam' programs about which raise false security alerts in an attempt to scare you into paying to buy software to remove these non-existent problems. These programs often purport to be a free online security check and can be difficult to remove once you have downloaded them.

I uninstalled the program and it got rid of the problem
